The NSW Institute of Family Psychotherapy presents an Open Lecture by Drs Jenny Berg and Penny Jools "How To Survive Warring Couples Containment and Working Through In Couples Therapy".
The NSWIFPT is offering an open lecture on how to work with couples from a psychodynamic viewpoint. The lecture will integrate theoretical ideas in a clinically relevant way, and in particular will discuss how to understand and manage the very conflictual situations that arise in couples work. Readings will be sent prior to the workshop, to allow greater participation. You are invited to bring along relevant clinical experiences for group discussion afterwards.
