Looking back from retirement, Dr. Spielman will re-visit a number of topics which have been of continuing interest to him throughout his psychoanalytic career: being a psychoanalyst; acquiring an ethical and moral mind; thinking itself; the importance of outcome studies; and psychoanalysis’ relationship to neuroscience.
